  DON’T USE MEDICATION TO GET RID OF THE SYMPTOMS, HELP YOUR BODY FINISH IT’S CLEANING JOB!

  1.  FASTING:  The body needs protein.  If it doesn’t get it in the food you eat, your body will “eat” the protein in your toxic colon.  Start a fast by eating only fresh fruits and vegetables for a day or two, then only liquids like green tea and fresh juices such as carrot, celery, greens and apples  (a vegetable juicer is a very healthy investment).  AVOID CANNED FRUIT DRINKS–TOO MUCH SUGAR.  A water fast is very  effective, but much more harder to do.  
  2. CLEANSE YOUR COLON: Use a COLON CLEANSE SUPPLEMENT or a DETOX SUPPLEMENT  Give yourself an enema!  This is essential when fasting!

The human body is like a threelegged stool  MIND-BODY-SPIRIT.

To be  strong, each leg must be fed exercised and cleansed each day!

Healthy Foods Can Make Your Life More Enjoyable

Feed Your body lots of healthy foods! Fresh or dried fruits!  UNPROCESSED colorful vegetables, raw steamed or juiced.  Whole grains are good.  processed  white flour,rice or sugar have very little food value.  When your “self healing” body gets only good food, without presevitives, it can keep you healthy.  It doesn’t know what to do with with junk food,and tries to clean up with cold and  flue symptoms.  HELP YOUR BODY KEEP YOU HEALTHY A LIFE BY EATING GOOD FOOD, AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE MORE ENJOYABLE
